I've been selling real estate in Colorado since 1993. My experience in dealing with farms and ranches, as well as residential property and vacant land is extensive. I take pride in providing friendly, personalized service to my clients and customers. Keeping both buyers and sellers informed and up to speed on every phase of a transaction is my primary goal. As a seller, your job is to decide on an acceptable bottom line for the sale of your property, as a buyer, your job is to decide which property you want to purchase and how much you're willing to pay; in both cases, my job is to make it happen.
My wife, Vikki, daughter, Tori, and I enjoy the rural atmosphere and the many outdoor activities Delta County affords. Our interests include golf, tennis, hiking, camping, and fishing. We have a pack llama that carries most of the load on our pack trips, so we can take lots of "stuff," and believe me, when Vikki and Tori go along, we take lots of "stuff."
